Get answers to common questions about New Client Consultation Only.
Bring a list of current skincare products, prescription medications, allergies, any recent treatments, and photos of concerns. Arrive with a clean face if possible. This helps our esthetician assess skin accurately and create tailored recommendations during your consultation.
Consultations typically last 30 to 45 minutes, depending on case complexity. We include a thorough skin analysis, history review, product assessment, and time to answer questions plus a written or verbal care plan to guide your next steps.
No full treatments are performed during a consultation; the focus is assessment and planning. We may conduct non-invasive tests, visual analysis, and optional patch testing. Any treatment sessions are scheduled separately after recommendations are agreed upon.
Yes. We provide personalized product recommendations based on your skin type, goals, and current routine. Recommendations include suggested actives, usage frequency, and budget-friendly options. We can also advise on layering and introduce sample sizes where appropriate.
A patch test is available when indicated, especially for reactive skin or new active ingredients. We'll advise whether it's necessary during your consultation and can perform or schedule it to ensure safety before introducing new treatments or products.
Prepare by listing current products, medications, and skin concerns. Avoid heavy makeup and skip strong actives like retinol 48 hours prior if possible. Come ready with questions—this helps us tailor a realistic, effective skincare plan for you.
