Please bring all current skincare products, including cleansers, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, and any prescription topical medications. We review ingredients to personalize your plan, note sensitivities, and recommend compatible products so your home routine complements in-spa treatment.

First-time appointments typically last 75 to 90 minutes. Time includes a thorough consultation, skin analysis, dermabrasion, full extractions, and personalized aftercare advice. Additional time may be needed for complex concerns or patch testing if required.

Extractions can cause mild pressure or brief discomfort, but we use gentle techniques and calming serums to minimize pain. Your aesthetician will communicate through the process and adjust pressure; we can modify treatment if you have low tolerance.

Medical-grade dermabrasion is safe when performed by licensed professionals. You may experience temporary redness or sensitivity. We assess skin history and contraindications—such as active infections or recent retinoid use—during the consultation to ensure safe treatment.

We recommend arriving with clean skin, so please avoid heavy makeup. If you arrive wearing makeup, we will thoroughly remove it before beginning the facial. Clean skin ensures accurate assessment and better results from dermabrasion and extractions.

You’ll notice immediate brightness and smoother texture; extraction clears congested pores right away. Dermabrasion results deepen over several days as skin renews. Optimal improvements appear within one to two weeks with proper home care and follow-up treatments.
