How ELT gently works
Electro Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) uses gentle electrical stimulation applied across the skin to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid. The device creates light rhythmic impulses intended to encourage fluid movement without invasive intervention. ELT is often offered alongside manual lymphatic approaches, and the technique is tailored to each person's needs during the session.
The treatment outcome is shaped by individual anatomy, recent procedures, hydration, and the specifics of the consultation. Because this appointment begins with a conversation about goals and medical background, the practitioner adjusts placement and intensity to reflect safety considerations and the client's preferences before proceeding.
What to expect during ELT
Your 70 MINUTES appointment includes a pre-treatment consultation and the body session itself. Expect time to discuss goals, recent medical or cosmetic procedures, and any sensitivities. During the hands-on portion you'll be positioned comfortably while the practitioner applies gentle stimulation, monitoring response and adjusting settings to maintain comfort.
Aftercare is straightforward: we ask clients to notice how their body feels over the next day and to stay hydrated. ELT is commonly used as a complement to manual lymphatic drainage or other recovery therapies, and the consultation will indicate whether follow-up or alternative approaches are appropriate.
Is ELT a good fit
ELT can suit clients who feel puffy or sluggish, or who want a non-manual complement to lymphatic care. Greenville’s active, outdoors-oriented community experiences seasonal fluid shifts in hot, humid weather, so many local clients book ELT as part of after-work recovery or weekend self-care routines.
This single body session is an introductory step priced at $130, giving you a tailored treatment and a chance to observe how your body responds. Based on the consultation and your medical history, the practitioner may recommend a different plan or additional sessions if appropriate.
